- Corrections of the source code that do not generate changes in the operations of the applications (errors, bugs, security updates, etc).

- Creation of improvements through request-for-change process (RFC).
- Documentation of incident and their solution.
- Realization and evaluation of post implementation reviews concerning new releases or new applications.
