  Security Policies Development: SOC (Security Operation Center) receives customer´s requirements and specifications, and develops Security Policy, based on the client´s situation and particular risks, following main industry standards and the best market practices.
  Solution Design: The project of means and resources according to the Policy of Security established with the Client is elaborated. Master Security Plan Formulation (deliverable that permits execution).
• Deployment & Execution
  Solution Implementation: Local Implementation Plan based on schedule and resources following the Master Plan.  Project Management, Coordination and Audit services locally or remote, will be provided additionally, according the size of solution.
• Remote Management & Technical Support
  Management, Technical Support & Remote Assistance: SOC´s are responsible to bring assistance, technical support and remote management to Security customer´s infrastructure, recording actions and activities, and reporting periodically to client.
  Remote monitoring 7 x 24 hs: SOC´s have skills and tools to remotely monitory managed solution. SOC´s professionals will assist & handle incidents and vulnerabilities while it happens.
• Auditing Process
  Auditing Security Policies: During operation process, once the solution is working, different tests and controls will take place, specially on security policies and resources. In addition, vulnerabilities could be tested on demand by Penetration Tests (Pen Test), to prevent and correct potential new methodologies on threaten actions.
