The interviews are carried out online with audio and video.
Once the process of resource selection is finished, the team providing the service is defined.
In cases of individual appointments, the selected resource is in charge of the coordination of tasks with the client; in cases of working teams, one of the members will have to be appointed as coordinator. He will be the link between the client project leader and the members of his team. |
