CONSULTING
Requirements: Through previous information –gathering stage necessaries requirements are collected to analyze Customer´s infrastructure and its functional, technological & methodological needs, in reference to their usage patterns and associated costs.
Telecom Analysis and Strategies Formulation: strategy will be formulated on requirements analysis, Customer situation, business needs, based on mayor vendors standards and best industry practices, optimizing cost-benefit relationship.
NETWORK ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
Planning and Design: Network engineering Project of means & resources, according strategies established with customer. Master Telecom Plan Formulation (deliverable that permits execution).
Service Level Agreement Specifications: SLA written specifications to establish network specs & quality key performance indicators, and SLA measurement criterias.
IMPLEMENTATION
Solution Implementation: Local Implementation Plan based on schedule and resources following the Master Plan. Project Management, Coordination and Audit services locally or remote, will be provided additionally, according the size of solution.
REMOTE MANAGEMENT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Management, Technical Support & Remote Assistance: NOC´s are responsible to bring assistance, technical support and remote management on customer´s network infrastructure, recording actions and activities, and reporting periodically to client.
Remote monitoring 7 x 24 hs: NOC´s have skills and tools to remotely monitory managed solution. NOC´s professionals will assist & handle incidents while it happens.
AUDITING
Solution Auditing: During operation process, once the solution is working, different network performance tests and controls will take place.
In addition, customer´s infrastructure, could be tested Phisically and Logical to prevent and correct potential performance lost or degradation on tactical methodologies.
SLA Auditing: Before implementation and running, a dedicated SLA (Service Level Agreement) follow up will take place, measuring parameters and quality of service, assessing, reporting and evaluating results, proposing new tactics or strategies to pursue.
Costs Auditing: On process, costs will be audited, to control telecommunication reduction goals. |
